  • Aww Cool I didnt know these videos came on a translated chanel :)

  • :o my mom always cleans and boils the whole thing.....then we eat it. Not all of it of course but most of it

  • can you make a tutorial on how to choose good avocado and how to wash and cut it..we Malaysian don't normally use avocado in our daily dishes.. but i would like to try it because it says to be good for health ...thanks

  • @applecinnamonflower In Italy it's not very common, too! You have to choose a fully ripe avocado, cut into halves and the pit will come out very easily...

  • @yellowsaffron When picking an avocado, one tip is to make sure the stub of the stem is still attached to the avocado. Avocados that are fresh keep their stem and have less of a chance of going bad.

  • Awesome video. Im looking forward to the "how to cook artichoke" video :)

  • This was a much appreciated lesson. These are some of the best cooking and food preparation videos on You Tube; thank you very much.

  • Cool tips. I love artichokes, but they are so expensive where I live. To make it cost effective, I usually boil them in water first, hen seasoned it with a little bit of sugar. It so good as a drink, and then I eat the bottom parts as a snack. Taste very similar to potatoes.

  • I love this mini series on 'cleaning' and preparing foods. So helpful! Thank you!

  • Very nice tip. Thanks
