  • Don't you know Blacks are innocent, they are not responsible for these problems.

You must find a way to blame all these problems on White people.

That is the polically correct thing to do.

    There is no other way.

  • Funny how you change all of it into race, (there is only the human race)

Just a few hundred years ago, Europe was in the exact same situation and even worse than Africa is in today.

Read some books, and maybe you might be lucky enough to not be so ignorant.

  • @AskariWaryaa

You are wise, you think like a learned fellow, there one person who looks for any crack to put in racism, a very shallow minded fellow, I pity his or her children if he is priviledged to have any...

  • fuck al-jazeeera its a bised newsgroup y cant they also show detailed report on how they r trainning modern day slavery in qatar of dubai i heve worked in both countries n guyz r slaves n mohamed ado y dont u also show reports n pics of your fellow somalis now in your country ,,,,,,, fuck you

  • That would be odd if I was talking to myself :D

  • Is that how you start a debate? :D Try to disprove/persuade me but don't just ask me, "are you stupid?" I thought the Kenyan issue was over politics being mixed up with ethnicity. The guy who was protesting and got shot on the video is not considered as a "rebel". Look at Kenya's neighbor to the north east, Somalia, now that's something else.

  • if i was the president i would kill all the rebells.

  • Who are the rebels and who are the innocent civilians? Do you really want to make those crucial decisions? (that is, if they were your people)

  • true. but its not right that innocent pplz r being killed. there've got do something about that. :(

  • I understand that soldiers must pacify the raw emotions emanating from disappointed Kenyan citizens but those actions taken by that lone soldier in the video is not the right way.

  • and i can kill you!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • usa really wants the horn of africa.....make the people fight and kill each other has always been the plan so the usa can get in.

  • fuck kibaki and fuck raila.

they are both stubborn bastards and both need a hard slap accross the face

  • fuck all politiacins

    all of them are corrupt

    no one is good

  • WE WANT JUSTICE WE WANT PEACE!!!

    says guy holding sword... lol

  • I am a Kikuyu and I have many friends from both the Luo and Kalenjin tribes. We are Kenyans first. Our first president Mzee Jomo Kenyatta was not perfect but he championed the unity of our country tirelessly througout his presidency through the spirit of Harambee. We should continue this and refuse to embrace all who try to divide Kenyans. Such are not our friends. Divided Kenya will fall but united we can rise to greatness.

  • Friend friend of Journalist,

    then friend friend of minister,

then friend friend of head of state,

then start start to steal money.

Yes indeed Kenya was the shinning example for the rest of Africa. More than 200 billion dollars in foriegn aid since independence. I wonder where the money went. Obviously it was squandered or more likely it was simply stolen. Health, Education, who gives a shit when you have an "endless" supply of other peoples money to use.

  • Quite simple really.

If you're an African head of state and you have a foriegn bank account with millions of dollars in it, and yet your salary is a couple of hundred thousand/year....it does'nt take a genius to work-out that your a thief.

If you keep voting for them....tough shit.

  • Have a re-count of the votes.

    Whoever wins is President.

Then you can address the real issues.

    Corruption, corrution, and more corruption.

Tribalism is just a tool the politicians use to divide and conquer the "little people".

  • why is it that when african try to take justist in their own hand. thney get demonise?. people want change and thats wat kenyan or fighting for.

  • it'll be another Rwanda

  • OH yea..

  • The Kenyans Should realise that what isgoing in Kenya is thatthis has beenplanned for a very longtime since timeof PresidentMoi.The Luos andKalejins had andaccord to help one another after giving themselves Loans with their Land as Security. This drained money From KCB,National Bank Of Kenya And Agricultural Finance OfKenya. This Tribes owe the Government every thing they own. This is a worry that The Kikuyuwill buy them out. But this was a plan to steal from the other Kenyans and blame the Kikuyu.

  • Welcome to anarchy. I encourage your budding warlords to up a notch each other till the flames reach the hideouts. Well done job.

  • africa sucks

  • yo mama sucks. fucking bush and his policies.

americans are the template, ya role models of war and hatrate. and these pigeons pick it up like a dogma.

  • u suck

  • As long as we have Kikuyus and Luos in Kenya, there will always be violence. Those two tribes are like Israel and Palestinians. They believe that only they are the rightful rulers of Kenya, and it doesn't matter if they have to kill everybody in Kenya to prove it. It's about time the smaller tribes rejected them . Maybe Luos should have their own country and Kikuyus their own country, and leave the rest of Kenyans to live in their own country.

  • i believe comparing Kikuyus and Luos as Isreali and Palestinians is a very shallow way of Thinking, in the past luos and Kikuyus have peacefully coexisted for decades but its just a few individuals within the two ethnics groups that are overcomed by greed and they end up resulting to violence in order to satisfy their greed, so its not right to consider the a whole ethnic group, as the root cause of the problem but look at the minorities in the groups that fuel the violence..

  • this is unlike kenya. whats wrong with out people. we dont have to fight and kill each other like animals. i thought mungiki was banned. why are they being allowed to unleash violence on innocent luos. luo or kikuyu we are all kenyans, its time we shun those involved. manze am mad

  • I need subtitles for this guy.

  • ojinga! We will not forget what is happening. u can't kill all 8 million Kikuyus. u cannot get away with this. u talk of justice u will get it and u know it. your luo frenzied followers r lazy, jealous, dirty, sick, free beez lovers, very violent, self hating and frankly primitive & very ugly. where do you get your cheap suits "ojinga?"

  • i knew it :(

  • That is a clear misrepresentation of what majimbo meant, but many people believed it.

As a result, it has given many people a sense that their long-standing ethnic grievances are going to be solved, and post-election rivalries have now mutated into widespread tribal violenc

  • The key platform on which the Opposition campaigned before the December 27 elections was majimbo, a Kishwahili term that implies a form of devolution, promising to give the different regions of Kenya more autonomy.

However, this was interpreted by many opposition supporters, belonging to the Kalenjin tribe, as effectively a licence to remove rival tribes from the Kalenjin's ancestral lands — a type of ethnic cleansing.

  • Put a mustache on the leader of PNU and he looks just like Mugabe, paint Hitler a darker color and they all look the same. There is no justice in this world just tyranny. I am at loss for words!

  • Kenya has lost all reputation of a safe country.Ths scenes of horrific attacks will remain with the world for another 50 years!..This country will now take decades to recover..SAD...but Kenya is no to be remembered for "Ethinic Cleansing" and "Genocide" as with Rwanda. Tourism will be over in Kenys and Foreign investment will vanish.

Kenya is over!....they the Kenyans have destroyed that country!

  • can anyone say.... rwanda?

  • Kenya's situation is very different from that of Rwanda. In Rwanda the government meticulously planned and executed the genocide with ruthless efficiency. In Kenya, people are fighting to regain the dream of hope and better times that they voted for. They are scared, angry and frustrated. Again, this is not Rwanda.

  • doesnt this remind anyone of another central african country, which had severe ethnic issues about 13 years ago? ...switching from political to ethnic violence

  • My friend, don't be so ignorant and heartless. I guess you forgot about what took place in Germany, Kosovo, Bosnia, Ireland, Japan, etc...

  • is this a case of the goverment against the people.selfish bastards are those greedy heartless souless leaders.i ain t too sure whats going on in this country, but those men women and children don t seem to have a voice and need help.i think.

  • My dear friends You all do not Undestand! freedom is something which is not in the air and is not in the earth it is something which you have to undestand and live with!!! all this people are not ready!!! two thousand years ago in Rome there were not such things, all was rouled under respected roules !!!! this people need to be rouled for al least 100 years 4 generation!!!

  • It saddens my heart to see a town and home i once grew up knowing peace turning to a battle zone.. poor fellow Kenyans we are suffering and we didn't have anything to do with the so called rigging of the elections! hai jameni mungu tusaidie.

  • do not worry. you perfectly well know what the problem is here. its not elections. its YOU THE AFRICAN PEOPLE>THE BLACK PEOPLE.

you are not ready to walk on your own in this world, take american ghettos for example.

  • Remember Rwanda? And we just watch.I'm ashamed

  • bu aq un çocuklarıda bizden beter.öldür öldür bitiremediler kendilerini salaklar..

  • Kofi cannot do anything .... only Kenyans can resolve this ... on the ground implementation is the only way.

  • it tears my heart apart to see what kenya is turning into or 'what its being turned into' one of africa's most stable country's turning into a battle zone, why cant we learn from previous mistakes,do they want history to repeat itself like what went down in rwanada? one of africa's most colorful nation is being swept by bloodshed, how much more blood should there be spilt in order to halt this insanity, may Allah have mercy on our nation so we can move foward and not backwards!!!!!!

  • I think I've been over that road. It saddens me to see what was peaceful then turn violent now.

    -Qes

  • This is what we should have done after the election of 2000.

  • pspoguy28, and 2004.

  • Haha, yeah, as awful as this is, at least it shows that Kenyans care if their election was stolen.

  • Nonsense. No lefty has the balls -- the NRA members are all on the winner's side.

  • Everywhere is wars, this is getting very ugly, people are been killed and butchered, what is happening, who let the cannibals out??? where is the international world again. zzzzzzzzzzz

  • Why do they always refer to anything going on in Africa is "Tribal." Western media is very racist in its portrayal of Africa.

  • dinobel, what they do to each other IS tribal. The same with the mid-east. What's going on, on our borders is also tribal if you ask me!

  • They call whats going on in the middle east and Kosovo as ethnic or sectarian but Africa they call Tribal to make it seem like these people are still "primitive" or have a simple form of government. Imagine calling the Irish a tribe but they call African tribes to make their conflicts seem senseless. They arent fighting just to fight they are fighting because the election.

  • very good point!!!

  • Terrible what's going on in Kenya.

  • Aljazeera..please hire a Swahili speaker to translate for you...

  • The reporter is Kenyan, and a native Swahili speaker!

  • claim to solve everything?

wont be stopped until we leave ur interest aside and think about them insted of filling our pockets
