Kudos for the idea, but unfortunately a lot of those counts are incorrect. For example, if you want to count the Death Star, there were tens of thousands of people aboard. And Luke killing a figment of his own imagination in Empire Strikes Back definitely shouldn't count.
@WithMountains Eh, the rules on my site are a little different about such things. We don't count offscreen kills, so the people on the Death Star can't all be counted (There is a reasonable number counted in another video, but I chose not to count any of them). We also count all onscreen kills, not really classifying whether they are real or not, which is the source of the Darth Vader Dagobah kill. These killcounts are pretty subjective overall. Just made this for fun.
@deathwishtaco I get what you're saying but how is the death of a tie fighter pilot and a Death Star full of people differentiated by your "offscreen rule?" For example; you don't see the tie fighter pilot's charred corpse any more than you see Grand Moff Tarkin's. You could say than both are offscreen because no actor was seen acting out the death. On ecould deduce that your criteria is based around the killing of individuals rather than groups, but that does not explainyour decision to ...cont
@deathwishtaco ...Include the sequence where he kills an ATAT full of people. One might argue that a Death Star count be even more qualified for inclusion because at least Luke had been aboard and had interacted or at least been struggling against his foes; he knew some of their faces. The ATAT crew however he did not know at all. In short, I feel like I need to know before giving your video an honest rating (though, as a purist, your choice to use the special editions is something I frown upon)

The one when he duels Vader in the cave doesn't count, it's only a dream/vision.

@michaeljacksonmjjc Really? I thought he actually killed Darth Vader there...
I count dreams/visions if they look human.

luke should have a count of 1 million plus, because the death star had over 1 million personell on board.

@jsnthompson4 I deal in absolute numbers and onscreen kills, so there was little hope for the people on the Death Star to be counted.

what about the rancor?

Obi-Wan allowed Vader to kill him so it's a suicide . . .
J/K, that was lots of fun (still don't know why it took you a decade) and I see that you are obsessed with Llamas
