When you tie down those stems you dont allow the plant to grow properly which stunts its growth. You wont have as high quality of bud you gotta let it grow brotha then you will have some top notch shit.

@vmart46 tying the plant down does not diminish the quality of the bud, and when u tie down real good the growth may stunt initially, but not permanently. These plants are fairly resilient to stress during the growth stage.

thanks BowenOfSkye! does it need to be ah certain type of vinegar? cause ive used apple cider vinegar for phup. immediately the plant started to wilt so i flushed it and just used the phup. will try the clear vinegar, thanks man!

i have a question for everybody.how do u not get burn by the ph up and down. i use gloves and i still get burns?

@graw50 if its phdown then mix up some water and baking soda before hand and wash ur hands in it. if its phup then use vinigar. ur getting a chemical burn so u want to neutralize it. should stop u from getting burns...if nothing else itll make sure theyre not as bad.

@kevlar785 sometimes, but usually i use a watering container with pourer to help give water evenly and pour under foliage, but its no problem to get plant/budz wet while watering, as long as humidity is good, shouldnt cause a problem

copper wire is the best, its soft and wont harm your plants like other materials can. im a bonsai tree enthusiast, this lst method would be referred to as wiring if it were with trees

@WhiteKnightDubstep depends on how you want to end up and where you want to grow.. i personally really like lst.. cuz you can really tell the plant "where to grow"

Yes, lst basically lets you keep plant at the height u want, if you want a plant around two feet, just keep all tops just about a foot, and it will stretch to ~two feet during flower
