But in your description you make a claim, that simply is not true. You can lose weight with a twinkie diet! Just like you can lose weight by eating old diapers and garden dirt. It's the caloric intake and how much energy your body burns off each day. Regardless from where the calories come. The problem is the poor quality of the calories in twinkies. No proteins, no vitamines, no fiber. It's all just fat and bad carbs.
