What a man this cop is. The guy is handcuffed. Usualy the cops are good from behind. But this guy is hancuffed so there is no danger to attack from the front. And the cop could not resist to pepper spray him. He must have said to himself: " Why not, he's handcuffed, so there is no danger for me."
This is why cops are so hated. They dont deserve to be respected. They are real animals.

@xdtact My logic is Obvious Overcompensation! Where's your intelligence or character when you overstep boundries like that! Were supposed to be protected by the law but, what do we do when its the law thats violating us. I watched this video and I didn't see where this citizen provoked the treatment he got. So, if this is the only time that they can express their "masculinity" then I rest my case...
Champaign police have lost all their integrity. back in 95 my younger bro was arrested for not appearing in traffic court not too far from home. I was talking to him through the back of the cruiser & asked the officer the reason for his arrest. he explained everything & left, NOT brush his own brother off...this was back in the 90's when incidents like this didn't make the news-gazette.
