If you think this is bad, try doing your test in Northern Ireland. Mainland UK has had Direct Access since 1997, 15 years later we still have to wait to years before we can ride anything larger than a 125cc bike.

New regulations state that you also have to wear a nappy and giant condomn to cut down hazardous wind resistance.
