sorry i couldn't translate the lyrics. im still not fluent in korean but the song is about a sad breakup.. but yeah, those translations you got are somehow close coz:

내가 - I/my (or me) , 너 - you , 의 - 's (possessive marker) , 곁에 - beside , 잠시 - awhile , 살았다는걸 - lived

so it's probably "you have lived for awhile beside me." as if he's saying that somehow she has stayed & loved him for awhile..
