  • Isn't it about time you created a new video.

Btw the idiots at RedMarx(dot)com are technate haters, lol trotskyists deserve to be shot

  • 1-What are some of the main distinctions between ACT and the Venus Project?

2-Can ACT be applied on a small scale?

3-Can it coexist in the capitalist system with or without a network of ACT-like groups?

    4-What is the transition plan?

5-Are there any real communities or even a simulation prototype, that details how it should work (including the exact process for decision making and to coordinate would-be volunteer work with most needed projects/jobs)?

  • The main function of government should be the protection of individual rights and not global cabal. For example; If government didn't suppress free energy technology, that does exists, resource exploitation would end immediately. Hemp, another example of how the government is working against our freedom. Why is it illegal again? Government is a necessary evil, but we must be willing to use any means to force government to function within the powers its delegated or nothing will change.

  • Government suppress free energy (Chevron has and abuses NiHM patents) is like saying "hey the bullet killed him, not me".

If you and a thug are in an ally and theres a gun, the important question is WHO controls the gun. IF you have a REAL democracy which we never had the people control own the gov which are servants with no more power than a store clerk, if you have a variant OLIGARCHY the people arent in charge even if you slap a "democracy" label and lipstick on it.

  • The notion that the current state of affairs if due to capitalism is laughable. We live in a corporatist system that controls all aspects of the economy. This isn't capitalism. Governments empower the globalist cabal to steal the wealth of all the people through inflation/deflation, war, waste etc. Read "The Report from Iron Mountain". Why would anyone think that governments will do what's best for the people? Before we scream for change, lets indentify the real cause and affect.

  • we live in a corporatist system and not in a Capitalist one, is like saying your not supposed to have terminal stage cancer but just cancer in early generalized metastasis.

Mom and Pop, cant pay lobbyists, attorneys, fondations, think tank, dont own media. A monatery system will not be equal, inequality of wealth means inaquality of power, sooner or later, the rich will tilt the table, influence the game until they get more and more power, then you are back to square one(corporatism)

  • @adawilkes1 Europe pulled itself out of the dark ages. We didn't get help from China or the Mid East. Everywhere we go to try and pull them out of it, we make things worse. The whole "making things better" crap was one of the justifications for Imperialism to begin with. We need to stay out of it. One of those war lords will be Charlemagne, another will be King Henry, another Kaiser Wilhelm. We forget our own roots in war.

  • @adawilkes1 The Venus Project is a drugged version of Technocracy Inc. Organization is needed. Weather or not you called it government, that's what it is. There is scarcity of resources. The magical super abundance that the Venus Project thinks it can make can't exist on this planet.

Looking at past systems, Capitalism has done a good job. After all, I'm in a warm bed with a 1k$ laptop with good clothes, and without worry for my safety at all.

  • @adawilkes1 I predict that within the century, if we leave things alone, things will stabilize. If we intervene to much, it wasn't the people who did it. They need a revolution by the people, if it is to be for the people. It cannot be achieved by a foreign government.

  • @adawilkes1 Those countries are racked by civil war. This was a result of a bunch of imperialist bastards in Europe not paying remotely any attention as to how they chopped up the world, and how they attempted to put it back together. It wasn't capitalism, it was stupidity.

  • @adawilkes1 A Socialist society would be difficult to get to function. People are innately self centered. If they do not see an immediate benefit to themselves, or they do not have an instinctual sense of a benefit (as with morality), they won't do something.

In a Socialist society, everyone gets a piece of the pot, despite how much they did (not quite complete equal distribution as in a communist society though).

Personally, I advocate a Computerocratic Meritocratic Technocracy.

  • I will allways call myself an A.C.T (Anarchist Communist Technocrat)

  • 1: Someone restrict idiots like "GodOfTheInternets(what a dumb name...)" from this profile.

2: What i said earlier was just critcism of the text moving too fast, made me pissed so excuse my language.

3: Isn't this similiar to The Venus Project??

  • WWII was not a result of Capitalism, nor was the Atomic bomb. Besides, the Atomic bombed stopped the Cold War from becoming WWIII. Further more, how many of those starving africans were in free nations? None. They are under Communist Dictatorships.

Further more, you atempt to associate the Capitalists with the KKK and vise versa. The KKK has just as many Communists, Technocrats, and Anarchists as it does Capitalists.

  • @Mavousandraxidias

LOL, do you even listen to what you say? `The KKK--a racist quasi-fascist organization--has communist, anti-racist, anti-fascists and anarchist who are also against racism as members´ you´re a fucking reeeetaaard. Plus, you have no sources you just made it up at the spot. LOL.

  • @GodOfTheInternets

The KKK, is racist, and only racist. Fascism is an economic system where the government controls the economy through false private ownership. Look up the Italian Fascist party kid, words mean things.

Adhominid argumentation is the surest sign of losing an argument.

  • @Mavousandraxidias

Fascism is generally defined as "authoritarian nationalism", not as an economic system.

Mussolini said "the Fascist government will accord full free enterprise in the private economy", the first few years of Fascist rule was rather focussed on Free Market Capitalism (though by far not as free as, say, the Austrian school).

  • @GodOfTheInternets As I already, told you, it is based on False Private Ownership. It always scares people of Communism then offers itself as the only way to avoid that fate, when in reality the two are very similar.

The Italian Fascist party and Fascism in general is everything I said it was. Whole schools of political thought are not based on single points.

  • STOP CHANGING THE TEXT SO FAST I CANT READ IT FFS(FOR FUCKS SAKE)!!!!!! !!! !!!

  • @MagnitudePerson

What´s the purpose of an acronym if you are going to write it completely afterwards? It defeats the prupose enitrely idiot.

  • @MagnitudePerson Hit pause.

  • @IAMELIPHAS Nah. I'll hit you instead. lol

  • @VictoryAllah particularperson01 is a fucking moron for sure, so is ALex Jones and NWO, Libertarians, crapitalists, etc, if thats who you are refering to

  • @VictoryAllah die

  • sh$t ... I've been calling myself an anarcho communist technocrat for some months.

didn't knew other people shared the same idea.

    nice! = D

  • @greenhell666 thevenusproject.co is ACT aswell even if they dont call themself that.

  • @greenhell666

You do realize that being an anarchist technocrat makes as much sense as a Marxist-Capitalist? Jesus christ, the world is full of retards.

  • @GodOfTheInternets "Marxist-Capitalist" ?

this looks like something Glenn Beck would say

    like "Maoist-Fascist" lol

  • @ StruhDaehYm

I'm sorry if the content of the video didnt impress you, im not a professional movie maker. The purpose of this video was not to entertain you but to sum up as generally as possible what our forum is about and moreover to let people know it exists.

  • and, of course advertise. there's no use in a huge forum with nobody in it.

  • it was too slow-paced and looks clumsy. to put space exploration, northern irish conflict and free abu jamal in one vid is quite an anchievement though. could you get someone, preferably an actual scientist, knowledgeble in the main points of technocracy squezze it together in one apt 3 mins vid? nowadays few have time to read the text-books from the 30s or to watch 8 min vids with googled pictures, off screen coughing and touchy music.

  • @StruhDaehYm will you just stfu and watch it?, jeez....

  • surprisingly* :-)

  • To clarify: When Jacque Fresco & The Venus Project, Technocracy Inc. and George Orwell(!) say Communism, they mean societies like USSR or China. That is *NOT* what ACT means, when they say communism. Neither is it for Marxists like the "council communists" or anarchists like the libertarian communists.

  • This is the mistake you people made, there is no "communism", there is no democracy in a technocracy, all technical decisions are made by the most qualified technical experts, there is no voting on ethical or moral concepts.

  • You confuse communism as it meant in the first place and socalled Communism (often spelled with a capital c) in USSR or China. Libertarian communists (communists oposed to authority) are oposed to monetary system, propertarian system, state and classes. The Libertarian Party seem to have hijacked the word libertarian as well. A word that used to mean the oposite of authoritarian. Again I have found chemistrydaily(dot)com surpricingly accurate.

  • we at ACT view the choice between a workforce based on extraneous labour and communism as a false dichotomy. On the contrary, we regard communism as being integral to the mantainance of the technate as a truly functioning egalitarian society.

  • Communism and caitalism are both based on human labor and the money price system, anarchism and technocracy are incompatible, that is a fact, research technocracy and TNAT for real information.

  • Agreed.

Adam Smith economics formed the basis of Communism and modern Capitalism. I am guessing that the people that involved in this presentation are people that believe in 18th. century ideals... and like Adam Smith did not really understand the Industrial Revolution and the change thereon brought.

  • What do you know of the meaning of communism? I would advice to search on an independent side called chemistrydaily(dot)com". Their Encyclopedia is surpricingly accurate. It says: "As a theoretical social and economic system, communism would be a type of egalitarian society with no state, no privately owned means of production and no social class." But of course, if "Communism" means USSR or China it's indeed a monetary system and not state free or even capitalist free(!)

  • In true communism which has never existed anywhere, there is no concept of money.

  • of course it existed and exists in certain kibbutzim in israel

  • In true communism there is no concept of money. True communsim hasn't existed anywhere in my lifetime , I'm44.

Though, I'm still getting to a message the argues against that point. I hope I get to it in time.

  • @particularperson01 Wow you know siht, how did u get rep when you are so fucking stupid? Morons...

  • glory to the communist revolution!!!!!!

  • You'd like the Venus Project, though its founder says it not communism, it sounds like true communism to me. I'm thinking he's afraid of the word, "communism" or doesn't fully understand it. He wants to start a society with no concept of money, where everything is available to all. I was going to say more, but the comments are so limiting.

  • This sounds like you might like the Venus Project. Of course, Jacque Fresco, behind it, in one of his FAQs about it says, it is not communism. I say it is, actually, true communism. It sounds like true communism, and I say, that, true communism is a good thing. True communism has never existed. Maybe true communism was impossible until technology came along. Though, one country did come close to true communism, it only lasted 3 years in the 30s, that country was, Catalonia.

  • Why did you give this comment down thumbs? He is accurate. Communism/anarchy just existed shortly in Catalonia in 1936-1937 or something, or maybe in the Paris Commune. If knowledge is the "true god", then don't deny this knowledge.

  • No we are still there. I check the forum every day. It's just been inactive recently as our members have responsibilities on other forums. If you post you will definitely get replies

  • Forum is gone? I was looking forward to posting and was registered but it was very inactive.

This is a great video. Capitalism is an evil, evil, EVIL system. The working class needs to fight back and control what is rightfully theirs, the means of production!

  • The price system will compete with the new technocratic alternative, and in the end it will fail!
