  • God damn I hate Borlänge!

  • Next time (if there will be one) he should come to during the sumer. People are much more friendly then!

  • How hard is it to do a documentary like this? What if I go to a small little shit village in like North Dakota to find out how americans are. No wonder this is being showed on swedish government television, they're so keen on showing us how horrible we are as a nation.

  • Ahaha.

    ha.

    haha.

    Oh wow.

  • The eleven rules 1. Don't think you're anything special. 2. Don't think you're as much as us. 3. Don't think you're wiser than us. 4. Don't convince yourself that you're better than us. 5. Don't think you know more than us. 6. Don't think you are more than us. 7. Don't think you are good at anything. 8. Don't laugh at us. 9. Don't think anyone cares about you. 10. Don't think you can teach us anything. 11. Don't think there's anything we don't know about you

  • @Saura74 Jesus christ, you my good sir, are the real definition of a xenophobe and racist. Go hang yourself.

  • The jante law term refers to a snide, jealous and narrow mentality which refuses to acknowledge individual effort and places all emphasis on the collective, while punishing those who stand out as achievers.Don't think you're anyone special or that you're better than us.

  • Randy! Great documetary! but here is somthing you miss about the real sweden 1 they are racist and second the jante law.The Jante Law is a pattern of group behaviour towards individuals within Scandinavian communities, which negatively portrays and criticizes success and achievement as unworthy and inappropriate. The Jante Law as a series of rules generally used colloquially as a sociological term to negatively describe an attitude towards individuality and success.

  • I watched the documentary. It was nice :D

  • I also think it depends on where in Sweden you go. I think if you go to the bigger cities like Gotherburg or Stockholm people are more approachable and wants to talk

  • @sannaols5582 Well that's just not true! I honestly think it's the opposite. I think they talk more in smaller cities and are more friendly

  • I recently watched the documentary, I liked it!

  • Randy! Great documetary! I agreee with you about how swedish people are; inaccessible and their callousness!

It´s fun because some weeks ago i met an american man at some café! I was thinking that he was so different from swedish men, because he was so polite and friendly!

If you ever come to sweden, let me show you Stockholm/ Katarina

  • @64KATARINA Fyfan vilket äckel du är. En riktig självhatare, svensken personifierad. Ta livet av dig.

  • An american a hole trying to look smart. USA is the most barbaric genocidal scum on earth.

  • Hello Randy ( i forgot); you also have a very soft, beautiful voice! Really! You do+nt need any guitarr or piano! Just sing!

  • I love the trailer, i live in Borlänge myself, but when is the movie done?

  • @whoreglenn

There will be a screening at Wasabryggeriet in Borlänge on Nov 1st.

  • As a Borlänge-man myself I must say that when you visit any part of the world that has that cold of a winter as we did 09/10 you will find nothing fun about it. And fights occur in Brooklyn aswell. We just try to keep worm ;)

  • What is any country? A geographic place,.united (or divided) by wars of their ancestrs. A people united by language maybe. Maybe a country is just a label. A rallying cry. Maybe it's a symbol of the accomplishments (both positive and negative) of it's people.

Anyway the last lady was right. You don't meet people by just knocking on someones dooe asking to talk. Go to bar like everyone else! The good polictics of alcohol and saturday night exist in almost every nation in the world.
