almost. H.C = stroke index. in real golf when playing with lets say 18 in handicap you get 1 extra shot on every hole to score par with handicap. But if you have handicap 17 you will have 1 shot extra on every hole except the one with H.C 18 thats the easiest one and if you have handicap 19 you have 1 shot on every hole except the hole with H.C 1.
There you have 2 shots because it is rated as most difficult.

I think this one is the easiest to Ace.
17H is the hard one for me... I've been close but the Homing failed and I chipped it with a Spiral haha.

You are right, HC 1 is not equal to the toughest hole, it is just a matter or course ratings. XD
