Great review! I do agree this movie is propoganda. However, I don't think it's to scare white men away from black women. I think it's mainly to expose the double standard and hypocrisy that exists regarding interracial dating within the black community.

Hey just for kicks why don't you email the WHITE guy who made this movie if you feel that strongly about it? I forget his name but he previously did another controversial movie about men not wanting women in the workplace. I haven't seen Lakeview but Hollywood is always making propaganda of some type. The trailer demonized black men.

Black Snake Moan, Something New, Monster's Ball, Lakeview Terrace, most of the movie's Wesley Snipes has been in = Propaganda. And thats just racial propaganda.

you got me interested in seeing this, so i can do my own review... what is your thought of the one movie that came out some time ago, about the black woman getting involved with the white gardener? what was that one called? i haven't seen that one either.

the double standards in our community are a bit crazy, when it comes to romantic relationships. i think, once we learn to love ourselves again, things will be better. peace...
