Oh boyo, it's like you got tired of trying and don't wanna spent countless hours, days, weeks, months, or even years trying to beat it in fair play, which is the true honorable way, so that must be why you switched to playing the whole thing in TAS, right? Reply if you must and tell me why you're playing this with TAS? -.-
Remember when at the last part with yoshi you have to drop him well lets say it was a long drop because i probobly was the same yoshi that you had to let drop.
The level reloads every time you come back to it so after Mario came out of the pipe at the end, the level was reloaded and the Yoshi was put back to where it was before, which was as high as possible on the level.
There is no such thing as TAS emulator. What you might be thinking of is an emulator that can create a TAS, which would be one that can save/load states and slow down the game. Creating a TAS is a lot of work if you want it to be even remotely decent. The emulator I used to use is snes9x.
I'm sure to you, it looks rather plain compared to tool-assisted runs that other people like the ones in the TASvideos website do. I only used save states and no slow downs in order to do this run and I didn't want to seem like I was better than I really was without saying that I was using save states.
You do realize that I said it was tool-assisted right? XD
If you don't know what that means, it means I was allowed to redo whatever I wanted over and over again until I got it right. I could also slowdown the game though I didn't actually do that for this video.

The only thing I wasn't that fond of was the random falling Yoshi at the very end. Just seemed a little out of place, somehow.

you should've done it before getting the yellow switch first

Difficulty 9/10? How much more difficult can it get to be 10/10!?
TGArthur 4 years ago
Well I think you can make near impossible level so that it makes harder than 10/10 difficulty, but it's own opinion.
narutorefan 4 years ago
Yeah, like asshole mario 2 level 3 that's getting close to a 10.

These are extremely entertaining, man. I'm quite relieved the original SMW level designers weren't so sadistic.

Agreed. Although...the results of watching OTHER players masochistically writhe through these sorts of hacks are rather GOOD. XD
