An antenna is not because the sears tower didn't have any antennas back when it was first built, they were added later on. Also spires might not count in the future.
You're right about New York having the first proposed twisted skyscraper but when did the Freedom Tower get an redesign to be taller than Burj Dubai. UAE is planning on proposing another tall skyscraper witch is Al Burj that will be the next tallest building in world after Burj Dubai. Chicago don't get hamy down architecture from other cities, other cities get hamy down architecture from Chicago (you had got that one turned around).

They changed it again. The previous designs looked ugly but this one looks so damn beautiful and amazing. Chicago is already the most beautiful city in the world, now it's going to look even better with that new look being the second tallest building in world.

Actually, this isn't the first twisting skyscraper. The "Turning Torso" in Malmo, Sweden was the first twisting skyscraper, predating this by a few years.
