Thanks for the comments. Yeah, about midway the pattern got a bit off. I actually tried playing it more like I saw Joe doing it like live. He does it pretty simply; no complicated chords or riffs. My Strat is set up my Michael DeTemple in CA (google him--he's a genius) and is loaded with DeTemple Sweet Spot pickups. I've also got Mike's milled titanium trem block and string saddles. The guitar is a '56 Fender Relic body with a '62 reissue neck on it.

Hi BB, it's Austin, the guy who bought the pickups from you. As we've talked you know I play in an Eagles tribute and I just watched this video and it's the best video of a cover of the guitar parts on YouTube. I play the chords going into the chorus a bit differently but Joe himself will mix things up from time to time. Maybe one of these days I'll get a good camera and record my take on it, which is VERY much like yours. I love your Strat tone BTW, what pickups you got in there? Cheers! :)

Closest I've seen yet. Nice. I used to play all the time, but I walked away from the guitar for about 15 years. I'm having to learn everything all over again. It's slowly coming back to me. Thanks for the help on my way back...:)
