OMG yes. If I were a man, or not a straight woman, I'd probably stalk Monica Bellucci, lol. I think she's probably one of the most beautiful women in the world--and not just physically--she's extremely intriguing too. I have the DVD set too, but I don't know how to get the music onto my iPOD, lol so thank you for posting this. I think I heard the music from the first brothel scene in an episode of Leverage once. This is def. one of the best movies I almost didn't know about.

I was fortunate enough to have seen it in the theater when it came out. What an experience. I showed to my daughter after it came out on dvd and she was immediately hooked. Everyone else I showed was also similarly affected. An all-time sleeper classic.

I've been on a business trip at our plant in Toulouse when I passed a cinema and saw the posters of the movie. I knew immediately: This movie I have to see !

Unfortunately I don't speak/understand french well enough so I had to wait for two years until it was shown in Germany. My high expectations were not only fulfilled but surpassed.

One of the best movies ever !

So underrated movie , ok it's a big mix between so much styles , but the score is great , the actors are stunning , for the time the special effects were awesome , and there is mark dacascos , le bihan , Cassel bellucci , That was a blast !!!!

I like how they played off the werewolf tale in this movie. Actauly reports were made of a big monster attacking people, and it was a lion a guy brought back from africa, and it wore amour he made to protect it. I like the idea of it, awesome movie

Only got this dvd from a mate last year, great film, pity it got bagged a bit by main-stream critics. The love interest is a babe but to have the lush M.B in it as well...sweet; her hubby played the bad-boy, bet they had fun making this film? I'd say anyone who likes a period film, mixed with fiction to go & see it or get the DVD, well worth it!
