  • Im 13 and i would like to get to be thinner, im not obese but i do have some fat on my belly and i want it to go away!!! I cant b on any special diet cuz i have a heart and lung disorder so i hve to take a steriod that says it will cause weight gain. What do i do?

    Are you a madman??! Steroids are not good for you especially at your age! For some time you'll have big muscles but not for long! Eat properly and ask your doctor if you can do some exercises...

  • this will work better if you keep your arms behind your head instead of out in front of you while doing the sit ups. whenever you see him jerk his arms forward, he's using momentum to get himself up, not his abs.

  • @TheKatallin yeah i agree its good...six packs do take a while, i've been using this workout everyday for 3 weeks and i can see my top two abs so it is a good idea to keep to it :)

  • this is all wrong wrong wrong!! You cannot get abs in 5mins it takes a while and you dont just do ab work you have to change your lifestyle for example eating right.

  • The part people dont realise is eating healtht. Probably the most important part of getting abs. You can have them, but will not show.

  • Wow, good exercises..the intro music wasn't too my liking, but I liked how it soon switched to a techno/house beat.. the elbow/knee exercises were amazing..I felt the burn and will implement this in my workout... can't wait to get rid of my belly flab and develop hard abs... this clip will help..thanks for posting.

  • @filmonabaiy Burning fat requires you to work out the area afflicted by fat cells. You should be building muscles while burning fat, even though fat melts off rapidly relative to how slowly you can build muscle. I wonder if a person is fat enough, could they build a 6 pack under a belly so that by the time their belly shrinks and loses its fat you could have a shining 6 pac under it haha.. In any case to burn fat you must do longer workouts than 5 minutes. Try 10-15 mins per body part.
