Belkin N+ Wireless Router issues

Yeah, I have this model and it's very annoying. It was expensive in Australia. My mate has a Linksys (made by Cicso) wrt-54 and his shits on this piece of crap...... I can connect to his network 80mtrs away but cant see my network at my front fence....... NVR buying belkin again 2nd DUD! beware

I got the same modem and i fixed it by pushing the reset button with a clip the reset button is underneeth the tape with the instructions ( it will restore all the settings ) i hope i helped if i please reply

@expertjuanpa everyone is saying the N1 vision router does this , i am wanting to get a new router , do you thing this will be the same way to fix it?

@F4H33M97 every router i had when a year or so it started getting errors so thats the way i fixed them but it only works a short period of time so when it totally doesn't work i go and buy a new one the reset button may be on the back of your router it can be on other place in every router

i have a belkin router at my house and i used to have internet for my psp from the wireless but now its not working. The wireless part isnt blue though so how do i turn on the wireless part?

Belkin is a terrible internet connectiion monitor... never buy from them.. they suck I got the same problem

I love the Video and i have a Belkin N300 router and it does the same thing and this is on Wired connections !! It resets my comcast Modem too !! I bought it for $65.00 at a store staples !

guys who ever have it you just need to switch off the wireless adapter in your PC

@ICANZN00BTUBE if you have a laptop with a on/off button for the wireless connection just turn it off and on and if you dont have sort of that button or i didnt work just sleep your laptop or desktop and power it again it should work !!!

Can anyone help me with my problem please.....I have had this router for about 2 years and it's been fine up until a few days ago. Basically the security, wired and router symbols are solid blue. Whereas the wireless, modem and internet are not lighted at all. I've read the manual and if the internet light is not on then I cannot access the internet, but I can access it fine. I try to set-up a new wireless connection to make it work, but it fails I've tried everything. can anyone offer me help?

I have the same issue but it fixes itself after a couple of minutes usually. However, I usually get impatient and pull the power plug and reset it. :P

Did you mess with any ports??? and contacts ur internet supplier if thats stable contact belkin if warranty expired buy it again it a great machine

have you checked the log file, chances are that there is some kind of miss configuration flooding the router and make it disconnect. This cud be both a indoor prob or from unkown sources. Connect to the router interface a look thru all the settings step by step if there anything who need to be set you might forgot. people are not usually aware that water pipes, electric wiring and basically anything who transmit could interupt. Put the router beside your main workstation, signal may be week.

You need to reset the belkin at the back use a pin and put it through the hole in the back press for 10secs and then release it this should reset it to factory default
