  • @KronicBeats a screenshot would be useless because in front of lecto i use a tubescreamer emulation from an rp-90 guitar processor. But as a guideline to all: use as little distortion as possible, turn the resonance knob as low as you can while still getting a decent chug (not a vreay heavy one, just something that sustaing a little), and use loooots of mids. As for post production, raise about 2-3 db at 2khz to get some note definition (with a narrow bell) and the same goes for 3khz for "air".

  • sick dude what did you use for drums :D

  • @JohnTheRipper2 I didn't know that!! Itr's nice!! By the way, did you use any additionnal eq on your guitar or just the vst? It sounds tight and nice!

  • @jochiasson i bumped the 2k region to get more pick attack, and of course i used some low and high pass filters to get rid of mud and fizz. Other than that i used a tubescreamer in the signa chain before the amp vst.

  • @JohnTheRipper2 Nice I have to try that..thanks for the info!

  • Nice tones and mix!
