okay im too lazy to make a video but i just figured out how to fix this.

1. look up samsung drivers on google click on the first one.

2. Click on samsung behold

3. go to software download both files

4. for the first file you download click on setup and install, then go to drivers and click on the setup again

5. Restart your comp and it should work.

i had the same problem. i uninstalled tk and the samsung program. reinstall it and make sure you install both tkexplorer and samsung. it should work.

you need a data plan, but theres no charge aside from that. if you dont have a plan, it wont work. if you look up "mobile gmaps," thats a similar product that works without a data plan

at computer if cable is connected to USB port and the driver has been installed for the phone off and on phone

Restart computer

Connect phone to computer in PC studio mode. I always use the option to choose between mass storage and PC studio if your set up this way when you connect it will ask and you have to tap connect

then

open TKFileExplorer

click on port should show a com with a number (you should never have to change anything in here)

then click connect
