  • Fantastic, the best one yet on 6 stroke rolls!

  • the Gadd fill goes like K L L R L R

  • Awsome job. ever thought about having the same basic consept but tring it with maybe a seven stroke roll, with a triplet feel. that one sounds really sweet in the snare and toms.

  • one of the VERY few guys posting well explained and well performed, musically useful stuff on youtube...subscribed as soon as i watched the first video!well done mike and thanks!keep on posting them!all the best... :)

  • @kapdrums and also he quotes some of the drummers instead of saying is his shit like some tubers do!

  • @carlofos vote up!:)

  • Hey thanks for the video, really useful for expanding on 6 strokes around the kit.

What other rudiments and variations do you see as the 'main' to learn?

I have been getting up my speeds quite nicely on quite a few but want to perfect a few around the kit while I'm getting the others correct.

  • There are many Flam rudiments they go really nicely used in conjunction with the hi-hat and snare or Ride and Snare.

  • Ive been searching some very helpful lessons in you tube i must say yours is the most helpful one i saw specially w/ the rudiment orchestrated around the drums... thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)

  • Thanks.Glad you found it to be helpful.

  • if you liked this one, which is great then you will love one called double stoke roll accents. I think his screen name is geeksusadrummer, but you should find it with double stroke roll accents
