  • omg love your hair !

  • Girl Thank you !!! I am natural now, I just did my big chop 3 weeks ago... I look back at this video and I feel kind of lukewarm towards my relaxed hair lol .. but thank you soo much !

  • thanks...

  • omg! how do u do that?! i have my hair cut like a rihanna bob and every time i try it un wravelles HELP!

  • hey fallon =)

maybe if you try long bobby pins? I just cut my hair too so I'm going to have to wait for it to grow out before I can even think about a rollerset or wrap =(

  • thanx!

  • no problem !! I hope it worked =)

  • I just relaxed today after 11 weeks post, so I know what you are going through. Now my hair feels great. I might try to stretch the same time again 'til next relaxer. Thanks for your hair product tips. The ORS replenish pk has been a staple in my hair product collection. Did you know it comes in a bottle now. I have the bottle and the packs. I always take a pack with me when I visit the salon for my retouch and have my hairdresser put it on my hair for when I go under the dryer. Love that stuff.

  • I love ORS sooo much too ! I definitely got excited when I saw the bottle. I didn't know that they also have a 24 oz bottle ! I saw that thing and scooped it right up lol. I bought it back in April or May and it still is lasting me =)

  • Yeah that turned out really nice!!

  • Thank you so much Cyndi !

  • your hair looks great!!!!!!!!!

  • thank you so much, and I love your username =)

  • pretty wrap!!! skip any post shampoo oils on a wrap.....use chi silk infusion

  • Thank you ! I definitely will when my hair grows back, I cut it 3 weeks ago =)

  • thats how my hair lookss..love it!

  • Thank you girl ! you have some pretty hair ! lol... I just cut mine off last week though, I'm all natural now ! I can't wait to get back to this length though =)

  • Imma have to try this Tonight!

  • I hope you like it !! This was one of my first tries so it was just okay but gurrrrl after I started doing this for like a month, I became a pro and my hair was looking really good like I came from the shop. You can also use a plastic shower cap and just put a sweatheadband on to keep it tight and it comes out the same, probably better bc you don't have to fight to make the stuff stay in place like I had to !! I hope you liked your results =)

  • theres a thing called a comb .. to comb your wrap out ,, other than that nice hair !!

  • lol... Thank you =)

  • I feel better now that I know Im not the only one who does that =] lol

  • lol =)

  • LOL!

  • lmao! thank you!

  • aww that turned out beautiful!!

  • Thanks MissP ! Congrats on your graduation btw !!! =)

  • lol yes thank you!!! i get fustrated when ppl wanna b ignorant.

  • are u mixed or African american because you have beautiful hair?

  • This TURNED OUT AWESOME!!! I am trying this know!! im going to re watch how you rolled it MO Hawk like lol :) THanks for posting this :) :)

  • aww thanks so much girl !! this was my first time so it was alittle rough lol but it got better with time for me. Check out macherie's video, I think I favorited it =)

  • hey, shelley...i love your hair! my hair is thick just like yours :)...i just bought the aphogee 2 minute conditioner... i wanted to know how often to you use this treatment?

  • Thank you so much girl !!! I use it twice a month for 5 to 7 mins on my hair since my hair is alot thicker now ( I'm 6 months post !! ) just make sure you use a moisturizing deep conditioner after you use it so that your hair won't get dry !!

  • it turned out good....but sleepin w/ them big rollaz.....how do u do it? cuz i couldnt......thats too much...pop out the blow dryer....lol

  • thank you !!! & lol, girl I don't sleep with them in my hair !!! been there before and I will not go back lol.. I was up late doing my hair fighting the urge in this video lol

  • iLOVE UR HAiR!!!! &nd UR PHONE!!!

  • Hey girl, thank you so much !!! =)

  • ur hair is awesome! how often kan u do the saran wrap treatment?

  • lol, I love your username !! Ladybug is one of my nicknames =)

and thank you so much for that compliment !! You can do the saran wrap as often as you want ! I use to rollerset my hair 2 or 3 times a week and I did it each time =)

  • why does everyone use their hands to take a wrap out? is using a comb bad for it?

  • no not at all lol....it's just a matter of choice. I was really die-hard back in February and wanted to avoid alot of manipulation. PPL on the hair boards recommended that I not use combs except on my wash days. It's not that serious to me anymore lol.. Girl I use combs all the time. As long as you aren't pulling any hair it its completely fine and even better, IMO =)

  • i agree with everyone else, go lighter on the oil, try a serum which will give the same results (shiny). you have great length,

  • thank you ! I don't rollerset anymore bc of my transition but I will definately use a serum when I start back up with rollersetting =)

  • your hair looked nice coming straight from under the saran wrap but on the part where you un-wrapped it for a second time, it looked kind of stringy and didn't really flow as well. try using less oil because it weighs your hair down. if you do a hot oil treatment as a pre-poo and when you sit under the dryer, you don't need more oil to seal your hair because it will make your hair stringy an heavy. otherwise, nice job.

  • thanks for that advice =)

  • your hair would have came out much smoother if u have not had put so much grease/oil into your hair before u wrap it, becasue grease weighs your hair down

Other then that, it was beautiful

  • yeah as time went on I realized that lol... thank you for that advice =)

  • When I first start using Aphogee, I was scared and I made sure I used it 2-mins. But then my hair started feeling too soft so then I would leave it on with a plastic cap for 10 minutes AND added the green tea reconstructorizer. My hair has never felt better. It adds so much bounce to your hair. Its a good purchase

  • Thanks girl, I actually have the Restructurizer Spray and I didn't know you can do that. I'll try that on my next wash, it's about time for some more protein lol =)

  • Nice! Came out great! I just started roller setting recently myself and I love it! Thanks for the vid!

  • Thank you so much girl !! I'm happy for you , Congrats on doing your own hair !! Thanks for sharing that info... to me it's really worth rolling your own hair bc you can control things.

  • Thanks for your vid's I just subed. I am getting my hair back healthy.I had a bad experience with relaxers about 3 yrs ago and decided to "glue" in some hair which made my hair thin. I decided THEN,no more relaxers. So nowI wear sew in's and treat my scalp with oils, massages and can really see the difference. Now, what I want to know, is can I wrap my weave with the plastic wrap? I am sure that I can. Just wondering what you think. I also love the wig in another one of your video's.

  • Thank you Dyneece !! I'm about to wear sew-ins again too. I'm honestly not sure about wrapping the weave w/ it, I don't know how it will react but if you do, please let me know, I can make a video on it or something lol... Thank you for the compliment on my wig =)

  • Youa re one special person. Taking the time to answer your "fans" is a wonderful thing. I just have one question. I didn't see all your vid'. I just subscribed yesterday. Is your hair natural? Was it damaged from overprocessing?

  • I'm happy to do it, thank you for the compliment !! I'm not natural, I am relaxed but I recently decided not to relax again. In this video I was about 2 months post relaxer, and in the past my hair was double processed from relaxers and color. Surprisingly my hair did well w/ all the chemicals, but I began using heat everyday and I had a weave in with glue and that's when my damage was a big problem.

  • Very nice sista girl!

  • Thank you so much sis !!!

  • WAS this a roller/flat wrap or jjust a flat wrap

  • I did a full rollerset w/ large gray rollers and then wrapped it after my hair was dry =)

  • Love it love it love it! The results are beautiful! Your hair is gorgeous. Thanks for posting the way you do your hair. It gives us good ideas on how to do ours.

  • You're welcome !! Thank you for watching !! and thank your for the compliment !! I'm glad it helped, I love to make vids and I like trying out stuff I see other people do on here =)

  • i didn't know it was pronounced "bee-jen" i was callin it "bee-gin" lol

  • lol ... Honestly I'm still not really completely sure on the pronunciation. I need to see a commercial lol

  • 5 am!!

lol lol im a college student as well, i have plenty late nights/all nighters lol.

    you're hair is beautiful btw;)

  • Thank you Nita !! I just checked out your page, I love it !!! I love your about me, particularly when you said HE died for us, why not live for him? Girl preach ...

I have a bunch of scriptures and affirmations I keep on me in a lil notebook , and one of my favs is "What Have You Done For HIM Lately?" Keep making great vids sis and doing HIS work =)

  • very pretty!

  • Thank you so much KiKi !!! =)

  • I wanted to let you know I tried the saran wrap technique today and oh my goodness my hair was like I just relaxed it =) I was very pleased!! Have a blessed evening

  • Thankyou so much for making these videos I really appreciated it!! Have a blessed day =)

  • I love doing it !! I'm sooo glad someone uses it and it helps. Thank you for the support ! I promise I will forever do them =) lol

  • Oh yes this will be a part of my Saturday routine now =) I wrapped my hair again last night and it still looked great this morning!! I'm loving it !!

    Blessings my friend =)

  • thank you !! you just made me happy, I'm glad your results were great !

  • nice i wish my wraps come out like that everytime

  • Thank you ! Girl just keep wrapping, I had to tame my hair. I still am training it. I like to wrap it up all day on the weekends and as soon as I come home from class. If I were to go a week without touching it, it would have a mind of its own =P

  • very nice

  • thank you !

  • i liked the results, girl! im subscribing :)

  • Thank you so much !! I really, really appreciate it =)

  • I'm not fooling around with the directions either. If the directions say 4 minutes, then I have to assume that there must be a reason they say "4minutes." Regardless of what the product is, I believe in following instructions. I don't want to see what would happen if I didn't.

  • lol !! I saw a young lady (actually several) who say they left it on for more than 15 mins ! one said she left it on for either 20, or 30, I don't remember. I would be TERRIFIED to do that lol.... I'll be the lucky one to go bald or badly damaged testing my luck lol =P

  • Either my eye sight is going or my laptop is bad, but it doesn't look like u need a touchup. Your hair looks good, keep up the good work and study as much as you can.

  • wow, Thank you sooo much ! I will definately study hard

  • Beautiful results!

  • Thank you so much !! I luv your videos by the way ! I started using the mohawk method after watching your first rollerset video :- ) lol

  • I LOVE doing the saran wrap. I hate flat ironing my hair because it looks so blah..... but this saran wrap is my fav! My hair looks so fly when I do it! Your hair looks great girly :)

  • Thank you ! I love it now too !! I just love the fact that I'm cheating by getting a good finish without heat lol

  • i haven't used aphogee myself but I have told friends about it and heard great things about the results......what I love about protein treatments is there is a lot more body in your hair then if you just moisturize,

  • I Love protein ! I haven't had any treatments since a hardcore one in 2006 =( lol...my hair was begging me for it ! I will definately be doing this at least once a month, maybe more if my hair can handle it =)

  • lol I know right, its way more of a monthly thing cause moisturizing is like second nature, you just put oil or conditioner on, its so simple and you can do it any time...for some reason protein treatments are always such a process..its way more of the type of thing you have to really make time for or at least it feels that way to me. I probably do them like once every few months though I wish I did them way more.

  • Your hair looks really pretty.

  • Thank You !

  • Great job! I can't wait to try this! I haven't used a flat iron since the beginning of 2007... And I like this method to flat out my roots & lay off the the blow dryer. I love that Aphogee Keratin 2 min too, and hate the hardcore Aphogee protein one.... Take Care :)

  • Wow, 2007 is so long !!! I thought I was hot stuff for not using it in 2 months lol, You've gone 2 years !! lol You're my inspiration now ! I never have and never will try anything hardcore unless a professional did it... probably not even then either ! thank you and Good Night !! lol =P

  • Yes, the Maxiglider was the worst flat iron I ever used! I wished I never brought it & I wasted my money ( I got it when it first came out over $120.00) My hair was so brittle & thin- horrible! After that I stopped flat ironing. Good Night & try not to stay up late, lol...
