Neh. The only reason I can really come up with why I like this couple is because Sakura and Itachi are complete opposites. (Well... that is until the latest chapter in the manga... but I won't get into that.)

Point is, Itachi is an outsider and Sakura sorta it too if you think about it. The two therefore have some common ground.
