same thought I had :) what an environmental waste to use soo many paper plates, those pears sounded too crunchy for being "ripe" it's always fun to explore new flavors :) they grow all over so-cal and I'm sure a ton of areas in southen US states but not too many people know how to handle or eat them.

Only two pears and a bunch of paper plates, why not just a bunch of tooth picks? HAHA. I want a prick pear all to myself ;)
