  • why are they blue ?

  • you would not want to jump in with them............

  • Anyone else catch that Bass darting in there to grab a snack?

  • @jurassicsushi looked like another cat

  • where is this filmed at

  • Those sir r bullheds

  • 1:37 bigger catfish comes in kill eats some of them

  • was that a bass or a catfish that swam at them i couldnt tell.

  • @CRFmxracer it looked like a bass im going fishing 2day cant wait

  • Cool i use to always catch them, but my pond so small no point of having a bunch,

  • that's amazing. You should put some nice atmospheric neoclassical post/rock to that :D

I've been filimg a lot of nice little things in nature lately for that purpose... or to create music to and start a collection of digital media worth playing in an arts center that might be opening in my suburb

  • what time of year was this?

  • yeah, man!those little thigs sell for 20bucks a head on ebay!! WHY are you just staring at them???its o.k. to take up to half the scholl, without hurting their overall survival rate.50per cent wont get enough food, ayway.youd be helping them have a better wild food supply, and the other half can go to breeders who will lovigly keep them going for generations!

  • @irishbreakfast

These seriously sell for 20 ea.?

  • @23JcDominguez ACTUALLY ,25 ON AVERAGE! i sell the in small groups of 6 on ebay.60bucks for 6 is an outragouesly low price!!i sell out within a week of having them at that size.very tricky to bag and ship, with those damn spines, but very profitable! try it this year! youll make a killing!

  • @irishbreakfast

does it matter what kind of catsfish they are? Do you have any suggestions on catching them or what kind of habbitat they live in? Ha sorry I just caught a few of these a couple weeks ago.

  • @23JcDominguez bottom feeders.both hunters and scavengers.they grow 8in. in the first year, and can go (the record here in n.y. is 18lbs!)on average up to 26-28in.loves lots of cover and laying low.loves muddy dark bottoms.mother will brood them under a log or other defendable enclave.these are brown bullheads.there are yellow bullheads, and black bullheads.but bullhead is bullhead.most prefer the brown or black.but yellow and channel sell too.get a small net and scoop no moe than half the clutch.

  • this is where you improvise a shirt net and scoop em up lol

  • stick your hand in there and pull out bone

  • grab a net

  • I have a lake in my backyard, and yesterday I caught about 300 or 400 of these, but a little bit bigger all about 1 inch in length. They are about 5 bucks a piece at a pet store so I am going to raise them, and I think they will do fine because they eat so much.

  • damn if i had the chance id scoop them up im trying to buy some channel catfish or bullhead catfish but im in Western Australia nowhere i call has any -.-

  • I would jump in and catch one with me hands

  • @rycygan925 If you did that your hands would be stinging for a while. Because they have like needles even at this young age that hurt like crap.

  • @wilbeckj ya but i have baby catfish with stingers and i never got hurt HA!

  • Actually Catfish and Bullheads are two different species. They are closely related but are not the same fish. If you dont believe me consult a DNR agent there is a huge difference in Limit Amounts!!

  • @Lindblomishmyking bullheads are catfish

1 bullheads are in the same family as catfish

2 why do they put bullheads at the same places as catfish in the websites?

3 if you go search in google you write catfish and bullheads are there

4bullheads are build the same way as catfish the fins and whiskers it's the same thing

5 and the name is bullhead catfish that's how they call them

6 go to wikipedia the free encyclopedia and write bullhead and it's in the catfish species

    so??

  • Fair enough, they are the same species "Catfish" But not many people call them Bullhead catfish. Thats like calling a tiger, a tiger feline. And if you were to catch some of these fish in the above video they would most likely belong to the Bullhead family.

  • Sick.

  • This is the type of situation in which u wished u brought the net along with u...lol

  • and keep'em in the fish tank. :D

  • lol , take a net.

  • wow thats the 1st time i have ever seen that before. It's a Bait ball but Not A bait ball.

I didnt know catfish did that.

  • Do you think baby Catfish are called Kittenfish?

  • lmao

  • you mean the blue stuff were baby catfish????

  • i would've taken a big ass rock and chuck it at those

  • wait til' you grow up a little and you're urge to chuck rocks at everything will fade away... I was the same way.

  • well thats fuckin retarded.

  • ya, its an amazing thing to see. i saw one at my little pond and i thought aliens were invading, then i put some in my hand and was like o, little bullheads

  • they are bullheads.

  • Just curious, how do you know? I caught a black bull head in a little pond by the house. I put him back, someone told me that they aren't good to eat. Is this true?

  • No thats not true, lots of people say that bullheads are not good but they actually taste alot like catfish. Only problem is you catch alot of them around 6 oz !

  • i should hope so... they are catfish...

  • ive seen one of those before.. at first i thought is was a swarm of tadpoles but then i saw the whiskers! :D i brang some home..

  • dam ive never seen so much together in a ball

  • at around 1:58..it looks somewhat like a question mark..

  • i think they were asking what hiz prblem was for intruding and messing up their formation lol

  • Ohh crap your right ahahahaha

  • i have these in my pond. they're adorable. i use my net to catch them and i just love their whiskers. :] i make sure to release them back alltogether though.

  • o.o there was a fish...u could have caught xD

  • Cool man! I've seen this a couple times in my life. From a distance it looked like a black plastic Glad bag.

  • COOL!

  • wow thats well cool

  • thats another cat, prob a flathead or a channel

  • that was a big fish that swam by u shouldve caught it o.o

  • thats a lot i would always catch them
