  • Impressive! I'm not sure if I can even lift 50 lbs on my Blockbuster block the way you lived 75 on yours. I noticed that this and training for the two 45s have enough crossover that the two have helped out each other a lot, but this, a progressive pinch grip trainer, was certainly a great idea.

  • Wow! You lifted more than three times what I use on the Ironmind Pinch Block, I only use a meager 22.5 lbs. Since this video was posted a few years ago, I assume that by now you are lifting 100 lbs on that block, possibly even more.

  • Is that with the loading pin and carabiner they sell too? is it better than the hub-style pinch?

    let me know

  • It's neither better nor worse, it's merely different. This works the kind of pinch training that you need to lift two 45s, while the hub pinch lifter trains a different angle.

  • nice pinch lift!!

  • Nice lift! I had a 3" block made for me but I've only been able to get 60lbs up so far.

  • is 75lbs meant to be alot?whats this exercise for? forearms? i jus dont get it.

  • It is to work your grip up. Your pinch grip to be more specific.

  • make one out of wood and try it your self...no need to buy one.
