What St. Johns needs is a good Italian Resturant (so people of the town won't go to Show Low) and a RV Park. I have 81 acres and I can see the power plant from my property and would like to put in a RV or a Air Park but don't have the money. Guess someone else will have to do it. See my property on yt if you type in 'Snowman and 81 acre Ranch'. Someone just needs a little inspiration and it will do wonders.

We purchased 40 acres sight unseen in St. Johns, AZ near the coal plant. Do you ever see is becoming more populated? It is a beautiful spot. Been there once. Currently live in the Mid-West. There is everything 45 miles away in Showlow. We have a small movie theater. I don;t see it becoming much bigger. I think the area that will grow is Round Valley. 29 miles south.. I work at the Power Plant. I go for rides on the motorcycle and fish in the summer. I have family close by in Snowflake.. Thanks for the note.. See you here some day??
