They'd have been better off just drawing the hair right into the texture and normal map. The flashbacks when you go down was a good idea but it was so poorly executed. for one thing, the flash back keeps going even as you stand up. and when you overdose on adrenaline, he doesn't even do any special animation, he just stays sitting there and the game fades away. they could easily have just made a quick animation where he screams and spasms out before he dies.

What set it apart was the story driven gameplay (rather than just a tagged on premise) and the quality of the voice acting, which is usually dire in even the best of games, with only a few exceptions I can think of. 1. AI was completely dumb and the game didn't feel real.
2. Shooting was so boring and outdated
3. Not enough robberies and criminal activities.

looks like they just escaped from the police, they really need to use a new graphics engine the old one i outdated now, i hope this will be better than the first game wich only had decent gameplay, the characters were cool but the game weren't polished and felt rushed.
