Bad video quality, but freaking hilarious. I'm North Dakotan, and yes, it's cold up here. No, we don't say "Uffda", and it IS pop. Though Canadian jokes are funny too.
There is nothing to do EVER is an understatement.
Plus, there's a lot of bison by Jamestown, not really Fargo...though it is close enough. As long as Hitler doesn't go to Bismarck all will be well, since there's nothing to do there either.
