This is ung moon which means 5 gates.very well done to.sifu Ron is one of the top jkd instructors out there they don't come much better.
You should pick up his jkd series it's brilliant.
Why dont you see Ted Wong doing this ? this is wing chun lop sau, the vertical punch, 4gates etc all from the wing chun system, why not learn the art and modify it yourself, clearly lee thougth the sytem has a place in jkd, infact most of the techniques come from WC, Western boxing, Fencing, Salvate, so how can people say Jkd has no style? whatcha thinking? did bruce leave those arts ? and teach karate
