Nice. Yeah, Maori's still annoying to fight, but I certainly wasn't disappointed in Fiona, there. I'm kicking myself...didn't realize you could use that "giant sword slash of doom" super in the air...
What arcana is Fiona using? Looks like Sor'wat, but I can't tell (is that the one that changes your charge move?).
The sisters mainly. Keeping the screen with cranes going to and fro and having the brolick sister drop in every now and then, plus using whatever Arcana specials are available like Bhanri's thunderbolt or Poison's mist made her hard to move in on. What was crazy though was that she had 50% combos waiting for you if you DID get close or if she managed to have her sisters/Arcana hit you just right. T_T
Interesting...I never thought of the sisters that way.
But then, I don't typically go for characters like Maori. My play style fits more with rush down characters like Saki and Lilica.
Has her damage been lowered somewhat in this or is there more lag on her sister moves this time around? I'm curious as to what it is about this particular game that makes you say she's not as bad as she was in the first game.
Yeah, damage has been lowered. She's no longer one of the game's heavy hitters re:combos. That privilege goes to people like Lilica, Zenia, Catherine, and Clarice now.
If only they had released this in the US.

Meh, Maori Kasuga's still keep-away queen, but she's nowhere near as bad as she was in part 1.
The big bad bitch of annoyance in AH2 now is Catherine.

I haven't played the game in several months, but still. What made her the "keep-away queen," as you said, so much in the first one?
Aside from that, I never used her. I stuck with Lilica mainly, so I'm genuinely curious.
