i think this dolphin is gorgeous. i've been watching all your video's and i think you do such a fantastic job! I have just gotten interested in making cakes and all these cute sugar paste / fondant animals to put on top, so you're a real inspiration to me! I was wondering what the dusting powder is that you use at the end on the dolphin?.

I use white vegtable fat on hands, in the UK it's either White Flora or Trex.

The quantity of Tylos/CMC is 2tsp to every 500g of sugarpaste.

What is the product that you use on your hands? What would the ratio be for the tylos? (Not sure of the spelling for tylos?)
