Yeah I used to have major trouble with my turn-out too but there's no particular knack unfortunately (would've saved me a lot of time if there were) I think it's just practice.

PLEASE PLEASE tell me how to get my turn out like yours...i'm tired of my ballet teacher telling me to turn out more and i'm trying so hard!! But I don't know what to do anymore :'(...great job though, you dance really beautifully.

turnout is something that mostly comes naturally; you have to build on what Mother Nature has given you. One exercise to try is to lay on your side with your entire back, butt, and legs flat up against a wall. raise your free leg slowly up the wall, turning out as hard as you can, and then bring the leg back down. repeat several times. A dance kinesiologist and Pacific Northwest Ballet taught me this exercise. it helps you to learn to turn out from the hip.
