How do you get into third playthrough?

@tubingan u just have to finish the game on 2nd playthrough.

its not really a 3rd playthrough just its kind of like a 3rd playthrough since u can fight all the bosses again and everyones stronger.

@humptybon Well i've done that with a Level 50 hunter. But there is no option. It just says to continue off of, "Bring the vault key to Tannis" checked off.

@19981009 I haven't played Borderlands in years but I'm pretty sure after completing the third playthrough you basically just stay in the game, free to roam and can battle bosses as much as you want.

Fuck yeah! Hey I got a quick one for ya. Im getting ready to turn the machine gun mission in and then off to kill Baron Flynt.... Im still short a clap trap and still have yet to get the made in new haven trophies and other little things. Whats the deal with that?

ohh ok so basically you have to complete all the missions that are started from new haven. if you want we can go online and all the missions i have done will be started for you so then all you have to do is complete the remaining claptraps and the missions in rust commons then you will have the achievements

I have all the new haven stuff done, as far as I know. I just checked all the places and there was nothing for me. All I have left is "The final piece" mission. Ill add you. Johnny82

the gun he drops is useless. high damage but zero accuracy.

yea i wanted to keep it but the accuracy sucked so i didnt, would be a great gun if it had better accuracy..

yea true, i tested it out on some brutes or w/e they're called (havnt played in awhile) and in my opinion regular shotguns are alot more effective although the explosive shotguns are great for taking out the umm. bandits that ride those vehicles i cant remember what its called. scooters or something?
