Couple of things about the comments above: "game of the year" means nothing. There is no one "game of the year". A publisher could slap a "game of the year" sticker on any game, as long as there was someone somewhere who had randomly said it was a "game of the year". Also, there is no point arguing about sales overall for each game as COD is multi-platform and Halo is not.

@96Dan6996 Nope, look up on google "best selling xbox 360 games of all time" press the first link and scroll down to xbox 360 and u'll see: Halo 3 sold over 8 million and cod 4 sold around 4.226 million. Lawyered.

@96Dan6996 yeah, it sold more copies on Xbox 360, but I meant on all platforms so in that case CoD sold more copies. If Halo was released on more than just Xbox I'm sure it would have sold more copies.

i would say its quit the reverse. cod people hate halo. mostly because half their population are on ps3 and cant play halo.

So there are actually more fans that hate halo and love cod, than vice versa.
