A couple of flaws in your execution:

1. You didn't prepare yourself for the "1 man mission" and bring the wand to check behind the door at 0:28.

2. You didn't pie the door at 0:36 and you didn't carefully clear the corner to the right when you entered.

3. You didn't clear the corner to your left nor the rest of the room at 0:46.

4. You didn't clear the corner at 0:49.

5. You exposed yourself at 1:04 without a weapon at the high ready when you threw your flashbang.
