I know about the 'missing' of being out in nature without having to climb through metres of snow. I can't wait to touch the soil when the snow goes....... oh please no more snow!!!! The birds say Spring is here and the geese have returned......... the trees are calling :)

i hope you've had a chance to watch a video i recently posted called forgotten knowledge 'the sound' ikt answers a question you asked some moments ago about a sound during meditation which had become almost deafening. ps check the dates, raw food is good as i have colestral problems and found raw food has helped my digestion, where as cakes and fatty foods i found heavy inside, peace.
