I grew up watching Huntley Brinkley. My dad watched every night; for some reason he could not stand Walter Cronkite! The report used to close with Beethoven's Ninth Symphony. I clearly remember watching NBC the whole weekend of November 22 25 1963, including watching Lee Harvey Oswald being murdered.
