ALL of which are funded by big oil; Western Fuels Association and Exxon Mobile. This video clip is true. Global Warming was a theory was that CO2 was the cause of temperature changes. When in reality it is the opposite. If you watched al gores documentary on global warming , there was a reason the CO2 and Temperature graphs was not combined. If it was combined you would clearly see that when temperature goes up the CO2 level rise follows after.

Al Gore never stated that we should decrease co2 levels under the level that remained stable for millions of years (about 250 million ppm of co2). He is saying that we should reduce current co2.

Animals and marine life adapted to the level of 250 ppm, by increasing this level so fast, we are hurting these species.

Therefore, bringing co2 back to the level that it stayed for millions of years, and reducing our emiisions we are helping these animals.

And yes it is true that animals and marine life, trees, humans need co2 but we need it at the level that it remained for millions of years.

Research Ocean acidification. There has been an increase in co2 in the oceans, and corals are getting bleached. This is affected the marine life food chain and is KILLING marine life, not helping them.

It is also important to now look at what the individual scientists are saying but what the major scientific organisations are saying, There is always disagreement in science (by a small minority) even on the laws of gravity.

Look at what the major organisations are saying such as the AAAS, and the NAS. Look at what NASA is saying, what CNES (french Nasa) is saying, and every major scientific organisation, See for yourself.

I'm sorry, but CO2 never remained at one level for a period of millions of years. Current levels of CO2 are actually at a low point in the earth's 4.5 billion year history. Just 10,000 years ago CO2 levels were enormously higher than what they are today and the animals did just fine.

I think you underestimate animals. They have the ability to adapt to vastly different climates (Glacial and Interglacial periods). They have done so for thousands of years. How did Polar Bears survive the Holocene when temperatures were 10-15* higher than today's temps? Even more recently when Pinotubo's eruption cooled the earth a few degrees, animals were able to adapt to the "drastic" change.

Haha, did you see what they did, when they did that? They tried to "prove" their rising sea level ,odels by taking a single (no averaging or spread!) sea level change, from an area in Hong Kong, known for changes in land levels! And that was part of the infamous IPCC "report", whose primary author in the Science chapter disagrees with ever theory presented then by the Political sections based upon his work.

CO2 does have a connection with temperature.. the beautiful thing being that CO2 emissions, whose greatest source is the ocean, increase following the heat, as opposed to the claim that they cause the increase in heat. This is due to an increase in the Carbon Output of the ocean from heating, and leaves CO2 emissions trailing behind heat by about 100 years because of the sheer size of the sea. What's more abusrd is that CO2 only makes up about 5% of all Greenhouse gasses, it's worthless anyway.

We are in agreement more CO2 in the atmosphere due to the oceans releasing it after the rise of temp., it did not cause the rise of temp... We could use more of it. Actually CO2 only comprises 0.036% of the atmosphere, that is less than 4 hundreds of 1% and humans contribute 5% of that.

Indeed, we agree entirely. I never said CO2 composes any more than 0.036% of the atmosphere... I said it composes 5% of the Greenhouse gasses which compose a small amount of the atmosphere. The laughable thing there being that even if such small changes in Greenhouse gasses had an effect, Carbon emissions would still be pretty meaningless! Oh well, religions like this ar always defeated in the end, I just hope it's in my lifetime.
