A 90yr old lady/7yr old girl (and everyone else for that matter) are FAR more likely to be injured by a 200+lbs officer tackling them than they are by simply having their muscles overloaded with an electric current for 5 seconds. Like in China where a chick is dual wielding straight razors and people/cops tackle her without accidentally killing her with tasers. There's been only 1 case where a taser was found PARTIALLY (10% if I remember right) responsible for a death. It's not the voltage that's dangerous it's the AMPS. A vaccum runs on 12 amps, the taser 0.04. I wonder what you'd do if you had to subdue a person with razors/knife/hatchet. Would you taser or tackle? If you said tackle, YOU'D BE DEAD. The percentage of suicides due to social injustice is.. a really good question. There are no studies on the problem because the government keeps the issue swept under the rug and out of the public eye. In the USA there are almost as many deaths by suicide as deaths by motor vehicle accidents. But of course not one iota of work is done to reduce suicide deaths. (And you're right, the cop did take the fall. I hope you're equally objective on videos where the police are far less considerate)
