  • Lulz the dislike bar is even bigger than Justin Bieber D - ICK

  • Anyone Else Thinks He Looks Like Chimpanzee?

  • THIS IS A FRICKEN SPORT?!?!

  • one marker gets broken every time :p

  • I understand the whole fore-side thing are they any other tips to guarding your opponent because I seem to always get beat or juked out by my opponent and he always has an open catch and it's very frustrating because he is fairly slow runner but I just can't seem to anticipate his moves or anything. If it's just more practice and become more aware then that's be nice to know as well. thanks. And I'm also short compared to my opponents so if there's anything extra I have to do. Thanks

  • Hey man, idk if you've had this request before, but one thing I've really been looking for is a vid on tips for cutting!!!

  • @brodiesmith21 I freakin love all these videos. I play basketball in high school and work for a camp where we play ultimate and I'm trying to get better. I'm pretty tall so maybe that could be an option for me in college. Thanks dude.

P.s. my favorite vid is u and dude perfect!!

  • Hey Brodie. We have the same disc! Lol

  • Hey Brodie

Can you make a video on the bonce pass

  • 'Logan" and Brodie"? Your parents are chill as fuck.

  • hey brodie, i thought that you were supposed to keep your arms close so that you can extend quickly to make a block

  • show what the throw looks like first

  • what about kickblockers? i tend to use my feet to prevent the low backhand or flick.

  • @MrRickroll23 jumping the gun haha thats advanced marking

  • @brodiesmith21 Sorry... I play for a college team and its a habit i picked up in pick up. Its effective though. stay on the side of force and use your feet to try and intercept that low backhand or flick without getting broken.

  • LOL alligator arms is bad, yet you go to florida LOL w.e

  • 1 person is a soccer player

  • 1 person is a soccer player

  • you ever play frisbee golf? you should make some vids of you playing

  • Hey Brodie, I dig the vids, just watched all 71 in one sitting! But can you please make a video explaining in cuts and out cuts in offence?

  • Ho stack cuts and timing the cuts video?

  • Hey Brodie. Where about do you mark a receiver when there's a straight-up force?

  • can you make a video on how to break a mark please?

  • @ipoddish def can do that!

  • i could have thrown all around that mark, wasnt impressed by this vid,

  • if i had a dollar for every time Brodie Smith helped my frisbee game...i would have seven dollars

  • that guy with the goofy colored shorts can't catch two discs to save his life

  • Is there an unbreakable mark?

  • @Portboy nope...against a good thrower every mark will get broken at some point you just have to try and reduce the number of breaks you allow

  • @orlandogil14 hips don't lie. if you follow the hips you'll only be outdone by reach. although eyes can give you a good idea of where they're looking to throw as well, I like hips primary and then check in with the eyes.

  • Hey Brodie, can you show us some good shoe options for Ultimate?

  • Why do good hucks only come in the first five stall counts?

  • A video on cutting for the dump would be awesome!

  • A fine addition to my collection which I called 'Brodie Bible of Ultimate'.

  • Good video bro :). I now know how to pwn some handlers

  • Help us get to 200 likes!

  • @brodiesmith21 Done.

  • Brodie, I think its about time you made a scoober video.

  • @clbembryjr Coming Soon!!!!

  • Can you show us how to read a frisbee?

  • @ryan100able Absolutely but add it to the suggestions on the channel to bump it up...

  • What should the marker be looking at? The throwers eyes?, his hips?, the disc?

    Sorry if it’s a dumb question: S

  • @orlandogil14 Well I usually like to watch the disc and their eyes for the most part.

  • Awesome stuff thanks Brodie, the best Ultimate channel for sure

  • Anything about marking lefties? I don't know why, but I get broken all the time by lefties, and almost never by righties.

  • @LuolDeng4MVP1 Its just different in the since that the flick is a much faster break than the backhand so the timing is off when you mark a lefty. All I can say is practice!

  • Hi from Australia. Finally an awesome channel for ultimate. I really got alot out of this video, I'll try this stuff out on my next game (which is in 30 minutes :p)

  • @alexander24890 It worked really well - On a forehand force I found it hard to stop the forehand breaks but I forced some players to throw hammers cause I marked so well. Thanks for awesome tips on improving the mark

  • borrrrrrrrrrrinnnnnnnnnnnnng

  • @wayne2ooo8 have you ever played before?

  • I think the How to Dump Cut is a good idea for a video.

  • This video is incredible. Great job and thanks so much Brodie!

  • @steelerfan786 Your Welcome! Good Suggestion!

  • THIS WAS MY SUGGESTION! WOOHOO! hahaha

  • Great Video! Keep it up... :)

  • At 0:15 take it Stanley!

  • @21Bucknasty yea take Stone Bags!!!!

  • Spirit Fingers at 5:47 :D

  • @21Bucknasty Haha my brother has a since of humor!

  • how do you defend a cutter on a straight up force? do you defend handlers by setting up between the disc handler and the cutting handlers?

  • @xXcRENzXx Well the defenders down field still pic a side so forehand and backhand and normal its just to stop the big throw initially

  • @brodiesmith21 ok, cuz it seems like if there is a straight up force on a mark, but a forehand force on cutters, that the handlers might be able to swing the disc well enough to the backhand side to get a series of break throws and make big gains, especially if the guys defending the handlers get poachy.

  • Awesome thanks. From New Zealand

  • @zewhirl Wow New Zealand! How big is Ultimate out there?

  • @brodiesmith21 Still in its infancy, but we are on the way to being awesome. Just need a few more years of intense competition, training as athletes and some better drinking games.

  • Well done! In my opinion, this is the best Bro Tip yet. I've enjoyed the series up to this point, but since you have gotten through most of the basic mechanics, I think the upcoming videos are going to be even more interesting as you delve into more strategic topics. Here are a few ideas for you to consider: how to break the mark, how to be a dump for the handler, and how to time deep cuts. You could also do a series on how to play each of the O and D positions in a standard cup zone.

  • I just noticed there is a section on the channel for suggestions, so I posted my ideas there. Keep up the good work!

  • @dktlaitram Great suggestions be sure to add them to the list on the channel

  • YEAH MORG! YEAH CONOR! YEAH JOSH! YEAH LOGAN!

  • @CaptainA2001 There were a lot of help! Awesome guys!

  • Thanks Brodie !

  • Thanks again Brodie!

  • Your brother goes to Amherst?? I bet he SKYS

  • @MrIJustWatch yup he joined the team late in the season, but caught on to the game very quickly

  • @brodiesmith21 And he looks likes he plays basketball right? He just looks built for a forward pos.

  • @MrIJustWatch PF yup

  • How about a video on breaking the mark next week? Its a key aspect of the game that a lot of throwers could improve on.

  • @lionsfaniniowa3 make sure you post it as a suggestion or vote it if its already posted...we are really taking requests off of there...best yes you are right it is very important

  • @lionsfaniniowa3 make sure to post it on the Suggestions on the channel

  • @xBlueeDevil haha didnt even think about that...nice!

  • Not first!

  • Give some simple plays. That'd make a great video.
