The fed tell the pres what to do, not the other way around. the borrower is always subserviant to the lender. there is one party, two factions, hence, the private owned banks always win. Ratigan has some of it, but the only way Obama can win, is to do like Lincoln, ther wasn't a fed in lincoln's time, but he needs to sidestep the fed, anyone who knows anything about money knows the fed is an extra step in the money cretion process, we do not need to borrow our own currency from bold and bank-

Corporate corruption persists because Americans buy into a delusion - the idea that the less regulated banks and the private sector are, the more wealth will be created for everyone. Once Americans disabuse themselves of this childish fantasy, then they will see progress. To think that lack of oversight will engender corporations/banks to behave in the people's interest makes about as much sense as assuming that unlocking every cell in a prison will turn murderers into model citizens.
