All his points back fired and he achieved nothing via damaging Labour. It actually ended with damaging Conservative front bencher's showing his Leadership is a joke.

There are two ways to make it possible for the majority to be educated without the latter suffering from disruption. Expulsion; not necessarily from school but certainly from the classroom and possibly from the school, or Discipline; this does not have to be the cain, but I think that the freedom should be their to respond to physical threats from pupils forcefully rather than act as a punch bag (in some really bad schools).
