Smallville's young Chloe (as seen in Season Six) sort of matches young Lois from Superman, The Movie.

Hey actaeon, I recognize you from TWoP. I don't think the vidmaker is saying that this definitively makes Chloe Lois...but it is one of many parallels, and there is more to it in this vid than just them noticing something weird about Clark. I no longer believe that Chlois will or even should happen, but with all the parallels I've seen, I think it would have made for a great twist had the story gone in a different direction.

I've always know there was a general parallel, but I didn't realize until now how very close both in shots and dialogue the two sequences were. Very nice!

So, I guess after hearing from Allison Mack at Comic Con, that Chloe's ethnicity was originally written differently in the Pilot, you're now trying to cover it up with this?

I think it is fairly well know that when the part of Chloe was being cast the producers were yes originally looking for someone with some ethnicity but then AM came in and they snatched her up. What does that have to do with anything?

Despite the fact that that story isn't "new" at all; it's been known since S1 and was talked about often back then. This isn't a "cover up" - people were talking about it on the forums, so CC put it up. Pretty simple, actually, since the parallels speak for themselves.

Its from Superman(1978)her parents are played by Kirk Allan who played SUperman/Clark Kent in the 1940's movie serial and Noel Neil who played Lois in them as well as the 1950's TV show
