It's your internet that's slow, google has nothing to do with websites not loading, google is just a search engine, not the actual page that displays the images and or the server that holds the data.

@13Stormkicker37 2:57, if you move the white dot in the middle of the picture up to e.g. the left corner, it's easier to scale :) or you could just go to the properties panel and write the 800 x 450 in the picture scale ;P
