When animating this a little over a year ago, the reason I had his head turn all the way around was because at first he was scared, and I thinking it would be Looney Toonish- meant to be silly. If I wanted him to do a normal 180° I would have animated him that way. What you suggested is very good constructive criticism and shouldn't be put down for- thank you for the suggestion.
