suukkoja is right tho. it looks like you use just one pencil. go out and get real sketching pencils. they have different kinds for light shades and shadows. it would make your drawings more realistic cause right now they look washed out

u asked if it was a success. just giving u some feedback. u seem to have a camera and computer, im sure you have money for pencils. you should look at EclecticAsylumArt, he has the right idea. he does use markers i think but he knows how to use shades to form an image not lines

i dont have money for that....seriously....i help my mom out with the bills and buy food for my brothers and some clothes..i also pay the internet and this laptop ive payed already...but i dont have time for more expensive pencils cus i dont need em.

Smudging is what ur supposed to do! You can use your fingers, cotton balls, or smudge sticks. All the same effect usually, but you may prefer one over the other. You shade with your pencil, then you go over it with things to smooth out the pencil lines.

thats pretty good, however if i may offer some constructive criticism...

if u are going to work with pencil, u should have a few different pencils (softer ones and harder ones) to get some darker areas to pop out a lil more
