For teams like Subaru Rally Team USA, Etnies/Rockstar Rally Team, and Monster World Rally Team they have resources and money to repair those cars before the event, but it takes away practice time. While underdog teams are at risk of never even making it to X Games if they choose to practice jumps and risk damaging their cars.
