  • This is fucking brilliant. The album version is watered down and shitty, whereas this has that gritty, grungy feel that early NIN has.

    tl;dr I fucking love it.

  • This kills the album version.

  • Awesome!!

  • Is this the live version?

  • hell yeah

  • this is actually a Pigface song (Reznor being an early part-time member of Pigface).

  • @DharmaMidget so did trent write it then or??

  • i wish he put the suck suck suck on the broken album

  • It's the DEMO sent out by TVT with SUPERNAUT ... That cd case looks very very familiar ...

  • @djsloane I believe a band called "Taste Of Sugar" had a similar cover for their single "Hmm Hmm".

  • even better version.. awesome!

  • Wow, this version is great (why the hell does it surprise me?:D)

  • love this... should have been a a radio release...

  • this is a live version

  • @AOCRkid

    sounds like AATCHB to me

  • @starstruckstarfuck lol the link's right over there it's not

  • This version has a more ministry sound to it than the broken one.

  • this is the version that was played on the radio back in the day. I was so used to it. It's a bit different on the 'broken" CD

  • @CatW2Kidz No suck suck suck on Broken. The chorus is more like the version on the Pigface album Gub. Music is totally different tho.

  • How... Does it... FEEL!? Suck, suck, suck!

  • This is probably my favorite song by Trent. Cool to see different versions out there.

  • When does it say

"A thousand lips a thousand tongues

A thousand throats a thousand lungs

A thousand ways to make it true

I want to do terrible things to you"

    I can never hear it

  • It's not in the demo version, i guess. It's there in the Broken-Version, at the very end.

  • That's my favorite part of the song. It surprised me one day back in school... had my headphones on and was like "wow didn't know that was there"

  • That is said at the very end when Trent is barely whispering it--at least on the CD track

This versions seems different from the broken albums version. I wonder if it is one of the LP versions.

  • this is the demo version. the chronology of the 'suck' songs goes like this: first, a version was done on pigface's Gub album. then nin started playing it live. then, there was one version performed for a tvt records showcase-type thing. then, this demo. and finally, it was released on broken.

  • right at the end of the song

  • @autumnailbi05

Whispered, toward the end of the CD version. Might be easier to pick out of the mix with headphones on.

Also, yeah, this is from a concert, not a demo. But the audience seems to love it. :-) [And you won't need headphones to hear them cheering.] No problem, so do I.

  • A chick sucking a dick! Duh!

    XD

  • @rawrrcupcakeface Actually, no it's not. It's an old time fist motion that used to be used in old English pubs by pretty women that meant "you suck" and they would do it when men hit on them.

haha I'm just messing with you.

  • I hate to say this but I just stole this on the Internet. if you have the Pigface album then upload every song and let me know! I need to learn and compare you know?

  • @sevendust9 No suck suck suck on Broken. The chorus is more like the version on the Pigface album Gub. Music is totally different tho.

  • boy is the studio version an improvement

  • this isn't a demo you can hear people cheering in the beginning obviously

  • derp.

  • AWEsome

  • What's that picture supposed to represent?

  • Looks like a chick giving a blow job.. lol

  • lol, well it fits the title of the song, I guess...

  • yes, what possible connection to the song title could it have

    hmmmmmmm

  • This is off the Broken EP

    the 99th track.

  • I've never heard this version before, It's pretty good :O

  • This song was on two Pigface albums before it was put on the NIN "Broken" EP, It's been awhile since i had the CD, but this sounds like the version from "Welcome to Mexico Asshole", the other version was "Gub". I think this was written with pigface, which was why it was one of the "hidden tracks" on the Broken cd/tape, the other hidden treack was a remake of an old Adam Ant song i think.

  • I think this song in general is one of the sexiest songs ever made. But i also think its as good as the version on there ep Broken where did you get this by the way?

  • Ive already posted this... but just so youll get the email notification.....

This sounds like version that was on the pigface CD "Welcome to Mexico: Asshole"

  • aww bummer he dosent say in this version the old into ¦ this is a song about sex with animals(see pretty hate 89 if you don't belive meow) =3

  • Trent Reznor doing the lyrics for this song with Pigface covering the music is even better.

    Great either way.
