Wrist Pain Diagnosis and Treatment - Mayo Clinic

I think I may have this type of injury. It really hurts when I press my fovea. But I want to know how many doctors currently know the proper procedure for repair? I can't exactly afford to travel out of state (I'm in Pennsylnavia.) Even if my orthopedic surgeon can diagnos this, if he can't perform the repair, I'm S.O.L for lack of a better term.

Im a tennis player/coach, but have been getting wrist pain in my left wrist(im left handed) in the exact area you mentioned. The pain seems to come and go, and only when i hit a forehand at tennis. I think my technique is good, but dont really want to stop playing for months. Any suggestions?

mr. Berger i need your help. I've a wrist problem to my right hand. i've read Del potro got operated by you. I'm a tennis player and now i can't play anymore--it's sad to me. i went to a specialist.. he decided to block my wrist and to wait two weeks to see if i get any improvemements otherwise i will need an operation...but before a operation what do you suggest me to do? i live in italy . merry christmas dr. berger, i hope i get a reply from you

@miki8122 Dr. Berger is not the one who necessarily posts theses... and I doubt he does. Call his office if you want to go to Minnesota and be seen by him.
